Return & Refund Policy

Scarlet Tales uses recognized and safe shipping services for purchase of the products/ samples. All orders take 1 day to process.

1. After the order is processed, it might take between 2-7 days to reach you depending on your location. Sometimes, for locations which are difficult to reach, the delivery might even take 10-12 days.
2. The responsibility of tracking delivery and ensuring that it reaches the user of the box on time will be solely on the buyer. The buyer here is referred to the person who purchases the product/services and provides email-id, mobile number for tracking of the shipment. He/she has to ensure that the product is collected by the desired person who then provides their signatory for acknowledgement.
3. Scarlet Tales will not be liable for any kind of damage after delivery.
4. Scarlet Tales, however, will take complaints regarding the box if it is registered in the user profile within 48 hours of delivery/ write an email with all details and pictures at info@scarlettales.com within the same time frame. Also, the user must not use even 1 product from the box as we must have already sent our logistic partner’s personnel for collection or the complaint becomes void. The user/buyer must also be able to show proof of purchase. The complaint will be entertained under the following circumstances:
• Expired products.
• Mix-up of order.
• Damaged goods.
5. If the user/ buyer is successfully able to make a valid complaint then the following action will be taken :
• An option of sending another box right before the next period starts.
• Refund the money within 7 working days.
6. If the user/buyer wants to cancel the subscription midway, the return amount will be calculated on the basis of the number of boxes already shipped and adding the respective delivery charge as it no longer retains the subscription advantage.
7. There will be a shipping charge levied for purchase on one-off boxes but no extra delivery charge for the subscribers. The amount shown on the website at checkout for subscription with/without bundling would be the final one.
8. The subscriber has the right for cancellation of subscription at any given time after Scarlet Tales understand the reason for cancelling.
9. The terms are subject to change without any given notice.
10. The viewer/ subscriber has to keep themselves updated about the terms at all times.
11. Scarlet Tales will always have the right to take the final call under any scenario.
